We are working to coordinate transportation for MS/HS students that are NOT planning to attend the parking lot party and intend to ride the bus back to Bowdle following the parade. If your child will need to ride the bus back to Bowdle following the parade, please contact the school office before 10:00 AM tomorrow so that we can get a final count. There will be NO school transportation provided for students that plan to stay for the parking lot party. Thanks!
The EC Homecoming parade will begin at 1:00 PM tomorrow, Friday, October 3rd. The parade route will begin at the southwest corner of the Roscoe City Park (corner of Broadway St. & 3rd Ave.). The parade will travel south on Broadway, turn west on Morgan Ave., and then turn back north on Andrew St. The parade will continue north on Andrew St., past the east side of the school building, and end at the Catholic church. Elementary students will line Andrew St. on the east side of the school after they have rode through the parade on their class floats. If you have questions, please contact the school office. Thanks!
The Edmunds Central Junior Class will be serving burgers and brats before the homecoming parade Friday. The meal will be served at the Roscoe City Park from 11 am to 12:30 pm. COME HUNGRY FOR SOME GREAT FOOD! All proceeds support their senior class trip.
This Friday, October 3rd, the North Central FB team will take on Faulkton Area in Eureka beginning at 7:00 PM. The theme for the evening's game will be "Pink Out" as the FB team will be wearing pink jerseys to promote awareness for breast cancer. We encourage all in attendance to wear pink to support this cause. Additionally, each player was given the opportunity to list the name of someone they are "playing in honor of" on the back of their jersey. Prior to the game we will be announcing those names. Join us tonight as we kick-off the 2025 EC Homecoming week with coronation at 7 p.m. in our Fine Arts Gymnasium. We will crown the Class of 2025 Homecoming King & Queen, enjoy an inflatables dance contest between grades 6-11, and start our week of spirit celebrations for our 2025 Homecoming, Disney/Pixar "Imagination Sparks, Thunder Roars!".

On Tuesday, 5th-12th Grade students will be participating in the "Be a Light" assembly rescheduled from last week. This assembly is put on by Dr. Greg Talcott and Kim Bartling via their company "The Humanity Launch". Again, special thanks to South Dakota Rehabilitative Services who has provided a financial contribution to help make this assembly possible for our students. Good morning. Here are a few changes to the activity schedule for September. The JV football game scheduled for Monday has been cancelled. On Friday, September 26th, there will no longer be a middle school football game against Hoven and the JV game against them has been moved to Hoven starting at 7:00 PM. Lastly, the middle school volleyball tournament to be held in Roscoe on Saturday, September 27th has been cancelled. Thank you.

All Military and EMS/First Responder personnel will get in free to the football game.
